The Quinelato Prichard Periosteal Elevator #3 is a double-ended instrument used to elevate, reflect and retract the mucoperiosteum after a gingival incision so the underlying bone is exposed. It is made from surgical stainless steel and pairs a large flat blade with a narrow blade, covering broad reflection and work in tight interproximal spaces.
