The Quinelato Apexo Elevator #302 is an extraction elevator whose thin, serrated blade is set at a left angulation. It separates the periodontal ligament from the root surface and displaces roots that sit below the crestal bone in left-side extraction sites.

Key Features

  • Left-angled working end — the blade is offset to the left so it seats in left-side sockets with the hand in a neutral grip

  • Serrated blade face — textured to hold against root structure while load is applied

  • Thin, tapered edge — fits the narrow space between the root surface and the alveolar wall to start the ligament separation

  • Rotational working technique — the handle turns the blade in small increments so force builds gradually

  • Surgical stainless steel construction — corrosion resistant and reusable through repeated sterilization cycles
