The Quinelato Osteotome Straight 8mm OMiQ® combines an osteotomy function with a triangular tip that starts the separation of segments in either the maxilla or the jaw. As the instrument is inserted, it creates spaces that admit other separation instruments, and its moulded handle carries mallet force to the blade.
Key Features
Triangular Tip Geometry — the tip shape starts separation of the segments in either the maxilla or the jaw
Progressive Space Creation — as the instrument advances it opens spaces that admit the Smith Ramus Separator, the Rowe Disimpaction Forceps or the Osteotome Wedge 16mm OMiQ® for continued separation
8 mm Cutting Edge — performs the osteotomy function at a defined working width
Moulded Polymer Handle — a faceted grip that transmits mallet force along the shaft
Minimally Invasive Application — part of the OMiQ® line, developed around reduced surgical accesses
